How do I adjust my booking?
For third-party bookings made through sites like hostelworld and booking.com, adjustments need to be made with the relevant booking site. Check the booking policy attached to your booking before making the adjustment. If you booked with us directly, contact the location you booked with.
How do I cancel my booking?
For third-party bookings, cancellations need to be made through the site directly. Check the cancellation policy attached to your booking before making the adjustment. For bookings made with us directly, you can cancel 24 hours before your scheduled arrival and will be entitled to a full refund, unless specified otherwise in your booking.
Can i pay in cash?
Yes! All of our locations accept cash, visa, and mastercard.
How do I extend my booking?
Simply go to the reception and one of our team members would be happy to help! You can also email the specific location you booked with. Contact us sooner rather than later as we do tend to fill up!
My friends and I made separate bookings but we want to be in the same room, how do we confirm this?
Please email the location you booked with including all parties names and we will try our best to accommodate room requests.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2pm, and check-out is at 10am.
Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Yes! We offer free luggage storage on the day of arrival and departure. Just ask reception.
Do you have an age limit?
We are a youth hostel best suited for guests 18-35.
Can i have mail/packages delivered?
Yes! Talk to reception to confirm the mailing address.
Is there laundry?
Yes, all of our locations have paid laundry facilities.
How can I keep my belongings safe?
Each guest has access to a personal locker. You will need to bring your own padlock, or you can purchase one from reception.
House rules
Across our locations, we have a set of general rules that all guests must adhere to. These guarantee a safe and fun hostel environment for both our guests and staff.
- We have a strict no charging rule for any e-bike batteries/large electronics as they pose a fire hazard. If found charging an e-bike battery, the guest will be removed without refund.
- Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.
- We only accept guests over 18 presenting a valid photo ID and credit card that matches the booking.
- There is a $20 security deposit required at check-in.
- No food or drink (with the exception of water) is allowed in the room.
- No drugs, smoking, or vaping anywhere inside the property.
- Communal area hours must be respected in order to respect cleaning schedules and manage noise.
- No personal bedding or sleeping bags.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest-only communal areas or rooms.
- All food must be labeled, dated and stored in the kitchen.
